Approaching tutors, tutors with potential – we are open to hire!

 Dr. Math Tutoring Centre seeks driven and advanced tutoring candidates to hop in the wagon. The tutors are required to model exemplary skills in their material of choice and teach with an open mind and a definite attitude. They should also be able to encourage and support the students persistently; and stay engaged with their specific needs of help. 

● Requirements: 

- Must be a university student and/or have an undergraduate or post-graduate degree   

  (Majoring English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology)   

- Familiar with Alberta curriculum and competent in subject to be taught

  

● Responsibilities:   

-  Able to take rightful responsibilities to help understand their tasks 

-  Carry a clear, well-organized session play   

-  Consider the needs of the student to get them to be the most successful they can be 

-  Display professionalism by keeping appointments and being courteous to clients
